Zardkuh Tourism and Resort area

We are in the process of gaining the required permits for development of the following pieces of lands (in different phases) located in Chelgerd city in Shahrekord, the center of Chahar-Mahal-Bakhtiari province in Iran, which is an area with very specific aspects and high potential tourism capacities. The area is located among the Iranian Zardkuh mountains.  

Phase 1:

• Land site 1, with total area of 15 Hectares
• Land site 2, with total area of 25 Hectares
• Land site 3, with total area of 43 Hectares

Next Phases:

• Land site 4, with total area of 12 Hectares
• Land site 5, with total area of 530 Hectares
• Land site 6, with total area of 169 Hectares

The main objective of this project is to provide a four season resort area for recreation of the visitors and tourists. The project is in the stage of preparing the related designs and drawings for potential investors.
